Cellospeak 10th Annual Gala Concert & Silent Auction Featuring

4In Correspondence

playing Bach to Apolcalyptica!

Please join us as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Cellospeak’s singular programs for adult amateur cellists.  On this special occasion, we are hosting a special benefit concert featuring 4In Correspondence, the National Symphony Orchestra cello quartet under the leadership of Steven Honigberg.

4In Correspondence Photo

4In Correspondence will play a wonderfully varied program of music from Bach and Brahms to Apocalyptica – a very talented Scandinavian cello “rock” group!  4In Correspondence also will perform a composition they have specially commissioned for cello quartet.  Two of their pieces will be augmented by members of the Cellospeak faculty.

This not-to-be-missed event will be combined with a Silent Auction of treasures including a student cello, several cello accessories, the Yo Yo Ma “Outside the Box” complete CD set, and many items of general interest.  Proceeds will support ongoing Cellospeak programs as well as exciting new commissions of original works and arrangements for cello ensembles, and innovative cello educational programs for cello enthusiasts everywhere.
